How a design studio automated client briefs

Meridian Design cut project kickoff time from 3 days to 4 hours using Gotchi agents. Here's their setup.

Meridian Design is a 12-person studio in Berlin that specializes in brand identity and product design. When they heard about Gotchi's agent workflows, they saw an opportunity to fix their biggest bottleneck: client onboarding.

The problem

Before Gotchi, starting a new client project meant 2–3 days of manual research: reading the client's website, scanning their social media, reviewing competitor brands, and synthesizing everything into a creative brief. It was tedious, repetitive, and took senior designers away from actual design work.

The solution

Meridian built a Gotchi agent workflow with four steps: (1) crawl the client's website and extract brand language, (2) analyze their social media presence and visual identity, (3) research 5 competitor brands for positioning context, (4) generate a structured creative brief with brand analysis, audience insights, and design direction.

Time saved per project2.5 daysfrom 3 days → 4 hours

The brief Gotchi generates is 80% there. We spend an hour polishing instead of three days researching. It's transformed how we start projects.
